Service
Service is what i do and actively participate. The joy that one is able to have when helping or to bond with friends through helping is what helped me strive and pushed myself out of my comfort zone. To explore, learn and to innovate through different projects that i have been involved in, i managed to integrate my experiences into different scenarios in my leadership journey.
My Story
All the way from the start of my journey as a leader, i feel that having to be involved in different experiences and integrating them into different aspects of life is critically important. As one may be able to be striving in academics, teamwork, team leading and communication is also equally as important. Having to meet new people in the future, the need to work together as a team would be vital for us.

Disagreements would come into play eventually. As all of us are built differently. Our mindsets, beliefs and workable solutions would all have a different outcome. Sometimes, i would also disagree with my fellow leaders, but we will find a way to sort things out and i will always honour them. Moreover, as a leader, justice and compassion for others in my decision-making is also as important as having critical and analytical thinking during conflicts.

In a nutshell, the experiences that i have gained is a key asset of mine and would come into play as soon as the need arises...
